AI is changing the way EU proposals are written. It can save time and support coordination, but it also creates risks around quality, confidentiality, and credibility. In Horizon Europe projects, strong proposals still depend on human expertise, strategy, and consortium management.

Technology will not save us. On its own, it can push us further into crisis just as easily as it can help us slow down. The real question is not whether innovation will save humanity, but whether we choose to use it to change direction or to accelerate the crash.
